DevSecOps
Makpar development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) support services address security problems by integrating security into all stages of the software delivery process and use an Agile framework; methodology to manage our projects. We understand the importance of all factors within a mature DevSecOps continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) cultural framework, and our DevSecOps CI/CD model generates efficient, automated productivity within development, testing, and production environments.

Implementing DevSecOps at the Federal level
Full-Scope Solutions
Continuous Improvement
Scrum teams employ DevSecOps using Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) tools to maintain a viable pipeline and ensure proper management and deployment levels. This stabilizes our Agile environment and maintains an open-source ecosystem that can be applied in a tailored fashion to the requirements of the overall system framework. Within our DevSecOps CI/CD model, we use cloud architecture to deploy ID and access (IAM) management solutions. We use our CI/CD tools within the AWS platform.
Everything You Need in One Package
We operate under highly effective Agile environments as both a Project Management Office (PMO) and development, security, and operations DevSecOps teams.
We implement high-level operations that keep our customers involved in the processes, focusing on requirements and compliance with industry, government, and customer-exclusive standards and automation.
We manage and staff several Scrum teams in the areas of development, operations, maintenance, infrastructure, enhancement, and test automation. Each Scrum team is designed to manage key functional areas of a framework, while serving as cross-functional parts. This structure allows for a sustaining, fast-moving, cognizant project environment.
The impact of modernized delivery solutions
We work with our clients to take them through the process of maturing internal infrastructure to a modern microservices system. This requires analyzing if legacy software can be overhauled, retired, or updated with a hybrid approach, giving them the most value for their investment.
At Makpar, we know the most effective approach to DevSecOps requires reducing operational costs in order to reinvest savings into modernization. To ensure continuous delivery, we use a variety of methods to modernize legacy applications.
For example, for our past federal agency client, we broke down code in order to find ways to add security checks, tests, and gates within the code. We call this Security as Code: a cost-savings technique that does not cause any unnecessary delays in production. With training, developers continuously optimize to look out for threats and vulnerabilities, keeping the system safe through maturity.
